We turn the corner and up in the braches sits an Eagle. It’s blinking and calling. As is often experience, it’s sitting on a crowded branch, no cooperation with the wanting photographers…..

THis weekend we ducked out for a trial run for our Xmas trip. It was Perth – Canarvon – Gacoigne Junction – Meekatharra – Perth. 550kms of this on dirt roads. We got some nice shots though.
I’ve done a little over processing on this one. He’s in shocking light, but was a great specimen. It’s a little cartoon like, but is quite striking as is.
